Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of multiple retail stores across Bali, ensuring smooth and efficient business performance.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate retail teams to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular audits, and ensure optimal stock availability to meet customer demand.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and health and safety standards across all retail locations.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess performance, provide feedback, and address any operational challenges.
- Collaborate with the regional management team to align retail operations with broader business goals and objectives.
- Prepare and present performance reports, including sales metrics, team productivity, and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance in a retail environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop retail teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Solid understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, sales reporting, and customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.
- Experience working in Bali or other international retail markets is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
