Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers
- Assist customers with product selection, inquiries, and purchases to drive sales and meet targets
- Maintain store presentation standards, including merchandising, stock replenishment, and visual displays
- Operate POS systems, handle cash transactions, and process payments accurately
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store sales goals and operational targets
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and store policies to provide accurate information to customers
- Handle customer complaints and escalate issues to management when necessary
- Participate in inventory management, including stocktaking and reporting discrepancies
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent qualification
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a similar environment (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems
- Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and during peak shopping hours
- Positive attitude, team player mentality, and willingness to learn and grow
- Knowledge of Bali's retail market and customer demographics is advantageous
