Responsibility
- Serve as the primary brand ambassador for Platinum Karaoke, representing the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm in retail stores across Bali.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs, provide product demonstrations, and drive sales of karaoke systems and accessories.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by answering questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Platinum Karaokeâs product lineup, features, and promotions to effectively communicate benefits to customers.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive customer engagement and upselling techniques.
- Collaborate with store management to ensure product displays are attractive, well-stocked, and aligned with brand standards.
- Participate in promotional events, in-store activations, and community outreach to boost brand visibility and sales.
- Provide feedback to the management team on customer preferences, market trends, and competitive insights.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or a similar role (prior experience in electronics or entertainment products is a plus).
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or other languages is advantageous.
- Outgoing, energetic, and passionate about music, entertainment, or technology.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with a customer-first mindset.
- Basic knowledge of karaoke systems, audio equipment, or related products is desirable but not required.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed, especially in high-traffic tourist areas.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or customer service are a bonus.
