Responsibility
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with a portfolio of international clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
- VA Team Coordination: Oversee and support Virtual Assistants assigned to clients, providing guidance, feedback, and performance reviews.
- Needs Assessment: Conduct regular check-ins with clients to identify pain points, opportunities, and areas for service expansion.
- Onboarding & Training: Lead the onboarding process for new clients and VAs, ensuring smooth transitions and clear expectation-setting.
- Issue Resolution: Act as the first point of contact for client concerns, resolving conflicts swiftly and professionally.
- Reporting & Insights: Prepare monthly performance reports and actionable insights for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Upselling & Growth: Identify opportunities to upsell additional services or expand client engagements.
- Process Optimization: Streamline workflows between clients and VAs to enhance productivity and service quality.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Minimum 2+ years in account management, sales, or client success roles, preferably in a remote or virtual setting.
- Exceptional Communication: Fluent in English (written and verbal) with a knack for clear, empathetic, and professional interactions.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple clients, deadlines, and priorities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), Google Workspace, and project management platforms (e.g., Trello, Asana).
- Problem-Solving Mindset: Adept at troubleshooting client issues and proposing creative, win-win solutions.
- Relationship Builder: Natural ability to foster trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Self-Motivated: Comfortable working independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with virtual assistance, outsourcing, or BPO sectors is a plus.
