Responsibility
- Identify and engage potential OEM/REM distributors, workshops, fleet operators, and channel partners to expand market reach.
- Develop and implement strategies to onboard new business partners and enhance market penetration.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive business growth.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of new partners into the business ecosystem.
- Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and presentations to stakeholders.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of business ventures to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Stay updated on industry developments and regulatory changes affecting the OEM/REM and fuel cooperative sectors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnership management, preferably in the energy or automotive sector.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for driving business growth.
- Excellent presentation and proposal-writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with the OEM/REM and fuel cooperative industries is a plus.
