Responsibility

  • Conduct face-to-face sales visits to potential and existing clients across Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung to drive product sales and meet targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to maximize satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market reach and achieve monthly/quarterly sales goals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to identify new business opportunities, promotions, and lead generation strategies.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitor analysis to management.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, events, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
  • Ensure accurate and timely submission of sales orders, contracts, and customer feedback to the operations team.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in field sales, B2B sales, or retail sales, preferably in the FMCG, consumer goods, or related industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, etc.) are a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively across Bali (own transportation is an advantage).
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
