Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, hospital administrators, and procurement teams.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our radiology equipment.
- Provide ongoing support and training to clients to ensure optimal use of our products.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market developments.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback to management.
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand your professional network.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical sales, preferably in radiology or medical equipment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and healthcare industry regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Bali.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
