Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  • Conduct in-person client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to drive conversions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to foster long-term loyalty.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to provide informed recommendations.
  • Participate in training sessions and coaching programs to continuously improve sales techniques and product expertise.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in sales, business development, or a related field (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel within assigned territories (Bali regions) and adapt to flexible work hours.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Fluency in English; additional knowledge of Indonesian or other local languages is advantageous.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
