Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Conduct in-person client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to drive conversions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to foster long-term loyalty.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to provide informed recommendations.
- Participate in training sessions and coaching programs to continuously improve sales techniques and product expertise.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in sales, business development, or a related field (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within assigned territories (Bali regions) and adapt to flexible work hours.
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional knowledge of Indonesian or other local languages is advantageous.
- Valid driverâs license and access to reliable transportation.
