Responsibility
- Engage with event attendees to promote products/services with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective communication and persuasive techniques.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance brand reputation and client satisfaction.
- Participate in training sessions to refine sales skills and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with the team to create a fun, high-energy atmosphere at events.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions.
- Represent the companyâs values and mission in all interactions.
- Adapt to different event settings and audience demographics.
Qualifications
- Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Passion for sales, marketing, or customer service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Previous sales or promotional experience is a plus but not required.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Willingness to travel within Bali for events.
