Based in Bali’s most vibrant locations (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, and more), you’ll work alongside industry leaders, develop transferable skills, and take the first step toward a leadership role in sales, marketing, or business management.

Responsibility

  • Engage with potential clients through outbound sales and networking to generate leads and close deals.
  • Deliver persuasive presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through follow-ups and exceptional service.
  • Participate in daily/weekly training sessions to refine sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Track and report sales activities using CRM tools to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Contribute to team brainstorming sessions to develop innovative sales strategies.
  • Represent the company at local events and promotions to expand brand visibility.

Qualifications

  • No prior experience required – Full training provided for motivated candidates.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (fluent English required).
  • Highly self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
