Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting clients in selecting the right outdoor gear based on their needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Eigerindoâs product range, including technical specifications, features, and benefits.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive engagement and upselling techniques.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail space to enhance the shopping experience.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments with integrity.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new product launches, and promotions to provide informed recommendations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations, including inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally, ensuring a positive resolution.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in outdoor or sports equipment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Passion for outdoor activities (hiking, camping, climbing, etc.) and familiarity with related gear.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet store demands.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with POS systems.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
