Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients in selecting eyewear, including frames, lenses, and sunglasses, based on their needs and preferences.
- Drive sales targets by engaging customers, identifying opportunities, and recommending products that enhance their vision and style.
- Perform basic optical measurements and adjustments, such as frame fitting and lens verification, under the guidance of senior staff.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail environment to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process transactions efficiently, including handling payments, managing inventory, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Educate customers on eye care, lens options, and the benefits of premium eyewear products.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve store goals, participate in promotions, and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques to provide expert advice to customers.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field (optical experience is a plus but not required).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and team members.
- Basic knowledge of optical products, eyewear trends, or a willingness to learn quickly.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required by retail schedules.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, etc.) are a plus.
