Responsibility
- Conduct daily sales visits to retail outlets across assigned territories in Bali
- Achieve monthly sales targets for assigned FMCG product lines
- Maintain and expand customer relationships with retailers and distributors
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure product availability at all outlets
- Collect market intelligence and report on competitor activities
- Execute promotional campaigns and in-store merchandising activities
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any retailer concerns
- Maintain accurate sales records and submit daily reports
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma (D3/S1 preferred)
- Proven experience in FMCG sales or retail (1+ years preferred)
- Valid Indonesian driver's license (SIM C) and motorbike
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with excellent time management abilities
- Familiarity with Bali's retail landscape is a plus
- Basic computer skills for reporting and data entry
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
