As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of Mumuso, delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining the store's visual appeal. Responsibility
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Drive sales by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system and handle cash/card payments.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and product displays.
- Stay updated on product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum education: High school graduate, Associate course, or Vocational course (Fresh graduates are welcome!).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for retail, fashion, or lifestyle products.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash management.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn.
- Previous retail experience is a plus but not required.
