Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on product selections.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive selling techniques.
- Maintain store visual merchandising standards, including product displays, signage, and cleanliness.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock products, and assist in receiving and organizing new shipments.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and efficient store environment.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and promotions to effectively communicate value to customers.
Qualifications
- Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma, Associate Degree, or Vocational Course (Fresh graduates are welcome!).
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a bonus).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Basic computer literacy (POS systems, inventory tools).
- Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and peak hours.
