Responsibility
- Provide outstanding customer service to enhance the shopping experience and build brand loyalty.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed attractively.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/card payments.
- Collaborate with the merchant team to execute promotions, sales events, and visual merchandising strategies.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
- Track daily sales performance and report any discrepancies or opportunities for improvement.
- Uphold company standards for cleanliness, organization, and product presentation.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; retail or sales experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to a full-time schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
