Responsibility
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting customers, understanding their needs, and providing personalized product recommendations
- Drive sales through effective product knowledge, suggestive selling techniques, and maintaining up-to-date awareness of promotions and new arrivals
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems, handle cash and card payments, and manage returns/exchanges professionally
- Maintain store presentation standards by organizing merchandise, creating attractive displays, and ensuring all products are properly tagged and priced
- Conduct regular inventory checks, assist with stock replenishment, and report any discrepancies or low-stock items to management
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, escalating complex issues to management when necessary
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while maintaining a positive team environment
- Stay informed about product features, benefits, and brand stories to effectively communicate with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation, store security, and maintaining cleanliness standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably in luxury or lifestyle products (fresh graduates with exceptional customer service skills will be considered)
- Fluent in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, Russian, etc.) are highly desirable
- Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for helping customers and building relationships
- Basic numeracy skills and comfort with handling cash transactions
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and public holidays
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle merchandise
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills
- Positive attitude, team player mentality, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Bali's retail market and tourist demographics is a plus
