Responsibility
- Provide friendly, professional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
- Conduct live demonstrations of PCs, electronics, and accessories to highlight product features and benefits.
- Recommend personalized solutions based on customer needs and preferences.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization, including product displays and inventory.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets consistently.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and customer flow.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in electronics or tech products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong product knowledge or willingness to learn about consumer electronics.
- Customer-focused mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
