Responsibility
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing checkout area.
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payments while ensuring financial accuracy.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and product tracking.
- Promote loyalty programs, special offers, and new product launches to customers.
- Collaborate with the retail team to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
- Adhere to company policies, including cash handling procedures and data security.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Cashier or in a customer-facing retail role.
- Strong numerical and cash-handling skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities in English.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Knowledge of beauty, wellness, or luxury retail products is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are advantageous.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
