Responsibility
- Engage with customers to promote telecommunications products and services.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Provide accurate information about product features, pricing, and promotions.
- Maintain a clean and organized retail display area.
- Collaborate with the sales team to enhance customer experience.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new products.
- Report sales activities and customer feedback to management.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in retail sales or promotions (preferred).
