Responsibility
- Customer Engagement: Warmly greet and assist shoppers, providing exceptional service to enhance their shopping experience.
- Product Demonstration: Expertly explain product features, benefits, and unique selling points to influence purchasing decisions.
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through proactive customer interactions.
- Promotional Activities: Participate in in-store promotions, sampling events, and special campaigns to boost product visibility.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, restock displays, and ensure products are presented attractively.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer insights and relay feedback to the management team for continuous improvement.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the retail team to maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor.
- Upselling & Cross-Selling: Recommend complementary products to maximize transaction value.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, sales, or customer service (preferably in a mall or high-traffic environment).
- Communication Skills: Fluent in English (additional languages, especially Indonesian or Mandarin, are a plus).
- Outgoing Personality: Friendly, approachable, and confident in initiating conversations with strangers.
- Product Knowledge: Quick learner with the ability to master product details and effectively convey them to customers.
- Sales-Driven: Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and peak shopping hours.
- Appearance: Professional and well-groomed, adhering to company dress code standards.
- Tech-Savvy: Basic familiarity with POS systems or mobile sales tools is advantageous.
