Responsibility
- Assist in managing and updating product listings across e-commerce platforms (Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada, etc.)
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team for stock replenishment
- Process customer orders, track shipments, and handle basic customer inquiries
- Support digital marketing efforts by preparing content for social media and promotional campaigns
- Analyze sales data and generate reports to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize product descriptions and images for better conversion
- Assist in resolving customer complaints and ensuring high satisfaction levels
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving e-commerce operations
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing concepts
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for e-commerce, retail, or digital marketing
- Previous internship or part-time experience in a related field is a plus
