Responsibility
- Oversee and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing excess or obsolete inventory.
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to adhere to local and international pharmaceutical regulations.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to inventory and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to streamline supply chain operations and reduce lead times.
- Monitor and report on inventory performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping for all inventory and compliance-related activities.
- Train and guide team members on best practices for inventory management and regulatory compliance.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Pharmacy, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in inventory management, compliance, or supply chain operations, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulations and compliance standards (e.g., GDP, GMP, or local Indonesian regulations).
- Proficient in using inventory management software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity.
- Ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid environment with minimal supervision.
