Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse and store operations, ensuring accuracy in inventory management and efficient material handling processes.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of warehouse and retail staff to achieve operational and customer service excellence.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize workflows, reduce costs, and improve productivity across all locations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and local labor laws in all operational aspects.
- Collaborate with production, logistics, and sales teams to align inventory levels with demand and delivery schedules.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as inventory accuracy, order fulfillment rates, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) in retail, warehouse, or store management, preferably in the consumer products or logistics industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with health, safety, and labor regulations in Indonesia or similar markets.
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by operational needs.
- Experience in a multicultural or international work environment is highly desirable.
