Responsibility
- Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and providing personalized product recommendations to drive sales.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive selling techniques, upselling, and cross-selling strategies.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, promotions, and brand values to effectively communicate benefits to customers.
- Ensure the store’s visual merchandising standards are met by organizing displays, replenishing stock, and maintaining a clean, inviting environment.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems, handle cash, and manage customer inquiries or concerns with professionalism.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive, high-energy work environment that enhances the customer experience.
- Monitor inventory levels, report stock discrepancies, and assist with receiving and organizing new merchandise.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to provide valuable feedback to management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field (hospitality experience is a plus).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English; fluency in Bahasa Indonesia or additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Russian, French) is highly advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport and connect with diverse customers.
