Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service to high-net-worth clients in a luxury retail setting.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of gold, jewelry, and gemstone products to educate and advise customers.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive client engagement and upselling techniques.
- Maintain a visually appealing and organized display of merchandise to enhance the shopping experience.
- Process transactions accurately, including payments, returns, and exchanges, while adhering to company policies.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new collections, and promotional offers to provide relevant recommendations.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth store operations, including inventory management and stock replenishment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury goods, jewelry, or fashion.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a commission-based environment.
- Familiarity with gold, jewelry, or high-end products is a significant advantage.
- Professional appearance and demeanor, with the ability to engage confidently with diverse clientele.
- Basic proficiency in POS systems and inventory management tools.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate store needs.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Indonesian) are a plus.
