Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising clients on jewelry selections.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive engagement and product knowledge.
- Maintain a deep understanding of product features, materials, and pricing to offer informed recommendations.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Ensure the showroom is well-presented, with merchandise displayed attractively and inventory accurately tracked.
- Process transactions efficiently, including payments, returns, and exchanges, while adhering to company policies.
- Collaborate with the team to meet store objectives and participate in promotional events.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to enhance sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury goods or jewelry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong sales acumen and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of jewelry materials, craftsmanship, and market trends is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are advantageous.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or retail is beneficial.
