Responsibility
- Deliver exceptional customer service to clients purchasing jewellery, pawning items, or seeking financial services.
- Educate customers on product features, pricing, and value propositions for jewellery, watches, and other luxury goods.
- Process pawn transactions, including appraisals, loan agreements, and redemptions, with accuracy and compliance.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive engagement and upselling techniques.
- Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing retail display to enhance the customer experience.
- Handle cash transactions, receipts, and inventory management using POS systems and internal tools.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure store operations run smoothly, including opening/closing procedures.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and MoneyMax’s product portfolio to provide expert advice.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in jewellery, luxury goods, or pawn services.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian or other languages is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Basic knowledge of jewellery appraisal, gemology, or pawnbroking is highly advantageous.
- Tech-savvy with experience using POS systems, CRM tools, or inventory software.
- High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential transactions.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts as required.
