Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through effective selling techniques and product knowledge.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor to enhance the shopping experience.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash, credit, and digital payments.
- Stay updated on product features, promotions, and inventory to provide accurate information to customers.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment, merchandising, and loss prevention.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives and contribute to a supportive work environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales or customer service, preferably in a luxury or department store setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak retail seasons.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in retail management is a plus.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is an advantage.
