Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience and build long-term client relationships.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive engagement and product knowledge.
- Assist customers in selecting products, answering inquiries, and offering personalized recommendations.
- Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing retail space, including stocking, merchandising, and inventory management.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments with integrity.
- Stay updated on product features, promotions, and industry trends to effectively communicate value to customers.
- Collaborate with the team to create a welcoming and efficient store environment.
- Participate in training programs and performance reviews to continuously improve skills and career prospects.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or sales experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping others.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, in a fast-paced retail setting.
- Basic math and POS system proficiency for accurate transaction processing.
