Responsibility
- Provide professional advice on golf equipment, apparel, and accessories to meet customer needs.
- Assist in the daily operations of the store, including opening/closing procedures and visual merchandising.
- Manage inventory levels, perform stock counts, and ensure the store floor is well-maintained.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system and handle customer inquiries or feedback professionally.
- Stay updated on the latest golf technology and product trends to deliver expert product demonstrations.
- Support store management in achieving monthly sales targets and operational KPIs.
- Maintain a welcoming and clean shopping environment for all patrons.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of proven retail experience in a luxury or specialty sports environment.
- Strong passion for golf and familiarity with golf equipment brands and technical specifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse customer segments.
- High level of integrity, reliability, and a proactive work attitude.
- Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required by the Orchard retail schedule.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English is essential; proficiency in additional languages is a plus for customer engagement.
