Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service, greeting and assisting shoppers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases.
- Assemble and arrange furniture in the showroom to maintain an attractive and organized display.
- Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage to help customers make informed decisions.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock products, and report low stock or damaged items to management.
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Participate in store promotions, sales events, and marketing initiatives to drive foot traffic and revenue.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Physical ability to lift, move, and assemble furniture (up to 20-25 kg) safely and efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of furniture products, materials, and assembly techniques is a plus.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and in a team.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
