Responsibility
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards.
- Provide friendly, attentive, and personalized customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
- Recommend bakery products, answer customer inquiries, and assist with special requests.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting workspace in compliance with hygiene standards.
- Operate cash registers, handle transactions, and manage daily sales reports accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Upsell products and promotions to increase sales while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Previous experience as a barista, cashier, or in a customer-facing role is preferred.
