Responsibility
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of staff to deliver outstanding customer service and meet sales targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and local labor laws.
- Monitor stock levels, place orders, and coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal inventory.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and resolve issues promptly.
- Conduct regular staff performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Implement promotional campaigns, visual merchandising, and sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, expenses, and operational metrics.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within retail, F&B, or customer service.
- Proven ability to lead teams, delegate tasks, and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management software, and basic financial reporting.
- High attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Passion for customer service and a commitment to upholding brand standards.
- Diploma or Bachelorâs degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
