Responsibility
- Actively promote Home Credit's financing products to customers in partner retail stores across Bali
- Educate customers about our flexible payment options and guide them through the application process
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners to maximize product visibility and sales opportunities
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective customer engagement and product demonstrations
- Leverage social media platforms to promote Home Credit products and share success stories
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Stay updated on product features, promotions, and competitive offerings to provide accurate information to customers
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
- Generate reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent (D3/S1 degree is a plus)
- 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, customer service, or financial services (fresh graduates with strong sales potential are encouraged to apply)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a results-driven mindset
- Basic understanding of financial products or willingness to learn quickly
- Comfortable using smartphones and social media for business purposes
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with Bali's retail market and customer demographics is advantageous
- Willingness to travel within assigned areas in Bali
