Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on product selections.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive selling techniques.
- Maintain a visually appealing store layout by restocking, organizing, and displaying merchandise attractively.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and fashion trends to provide expert recommendations.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock takes, replenishment, and reporting discrepancies.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the store team to ensure a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in fashion or footwear.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Passion for fashion, trends, and styling with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and inventory management is a plus.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
- Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and peak retail hours.
