Responsibility
- Provide personalized customer service, assisting clients in selecting premium garments and accessories.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive engagement and upselling techniques.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing store layout, including merchandising, stock replenishment, and inventory management.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments with integrity.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, including fabric details, styling tips, and seasonal collections to offer expert advice.
- Assist in store opening/closing procedures, including cash reconciliation and security checks.
- Collaborate with the team to execute promotional events, trunk shows, and VIP client appointments.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally, ensuring resolution and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in fashion or luxury goods.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic inventory management tools.
- Fluent in English; additional proficiency in Indonesian or other languages is a plus.
