As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand, delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales in our eyewear and sanitary wares divisions. Whether you're assisting customers in selecting the perfect pair of glasses or guiding them through our premium sanitary solutions, your role will be pivotal in enhancing customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.

Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on eyewear and sanitary ware products.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor to enhance the shopping experience.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash and card payments.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends to provide informed recommendations.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and conducting regular stock checks.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the team to meet store objectives and contribute to a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in eyewear, sanitary wares, or related industries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- A positive attitude, team player mentality, and willingness to learn.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
