Responsibility
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of product presentation and store cleanliness.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze key metrics, and implement strategies to achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly targets.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations with professionalism, ensuring a positive resolution and fostering long-term customer loyalty.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute promotional campaigns, seasonal displays, and in-store events to drive foot traffic and sales.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and local labor laws to maintain a secure and productive work environment.
- Conduct regular inventory audits, manage stock levels, and coordinate with suppliers to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Prepare and present daily/weekly reports on store performance, including sales, customer feedback, and operational challenges.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the F&B or luxury retail sector, preferably in a mall or high-traffic environment.
- Proven track record of driving sales, managing teams, and delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, mentor, and develop a team of diverse individuals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, POS systems) and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing operational challenges.
- Knowledge of inventory management, merchandising, and visual display techniques to enhance the customer experience.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as required by the business.
