Responsibility
- Assist in the sales and distribution of cement products to retail and wholesale customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including contractors, builders, and retailers.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify sales opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management review.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and promotional events.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Support senior sales officers in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse clients.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a target-driven environment.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned regions as needed.
- Prior experience in sales, retail, or construction materials is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
