Responsibility
- Engage with customers to promote and sell Prima Products, ensuring they understand the benefits and features.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide accurate information to potential clients.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products, promotions, and healthcare trends.
- Collaborate with the clinic team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock monitoring and reordering.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, retail, or customer service, preferably in healthcare or related industries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with sales tracking tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or healthcare are a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
