Responsibility
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting, assisting, and engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through effective selling techniques and product knowledge.
- Maintain store appearance, including merchandising, stocking, and ensuring a clean and organized retail environment.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash, credit, and other payment methods.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and tracking merchandise.
- Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and productive work environment.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; no prior retail experience required as full training is provided.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Passion for retail and a desire to grow within the company.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
