Responsibility
- Proactively engage with potential customers in assigned areas to promote City Savings Bank’s products and services.
- Assist clients with account openings, loan applications, and other banking transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for deposits, loans, and other financial products.
- Conduct financial needs assessments to recommend tailored banking solutions to customers.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all bank products, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through follow-ups and personalized service.
- Collaborate with the branch team to organize and execute sales campaigns and community outreach programs.
- Ensure compliance with all banking regulations, internal policies, and procedural guidelines.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or banking (fresh graduates with strong sales aptitude are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Comfortable working in outdoor or retail settings with flexibility to travel within Bali.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related fields is a plus.
- Tech-savvy with basic computer skills and familiarity with banking software.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
