Responsibility
- Provide outstanding customer service with a friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor.
- Assist customers with product selection, inquiries, and purchases, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments with integrity.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and product displays.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets by actively engaging with customers and promoting products.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and effectively to ensure satisfaction.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information.

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, sales, or customer service roles (preferred but not required).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills with attention to detail.
