Responsibility
- Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers in selecting the right electronics products based on their needs.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive engagement and product demonstrations.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of product features, promotions, and industry trends to offer accurate recommendations.
- Process transactions efficiently using POS systems while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Uphold store presentation standards by organizing displays, restocking merchandise, and ensuring a clean shopping environment.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate with team members to meet store objectives and participate in training sessions.
- Promote loyalty programs and special offers to enhance customer retention.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM/O-Level or equivalent; diploma in Business, Marketing, or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in electronics or consumer goods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Passion for technology and eagerness to learn about new products.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
