Responsibility
- Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients, assessing their skincare needs and recommending suitable products.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive client engagement and upselling techniques.
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on proper usage, benefits, and ingredients.
- Maintain an impeccable store appearance, including product displays, cleanliness, and inventory organization.
- Stay updated on latest beauty trends, product launches, and industry innovations to provide expert advice.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships through follow-ups, loyalty programs, and personalized service.
- Collaborate with the store team to execute promotional events, workshops, and in-store activations.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMU), Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Proven experience: At least 2 years as a Beauty Consultant, Beauty Advisor, or in a travel retail beauty role.
- Product knowledge: Deep understanding of skincare, cosmetics, and beauty tools, with a passion for luxury brands.
- Sales acumen: Strong track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets in a retail environment.
- Communication skills: Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus) with excellent interpersonal and presentation abilities.
- Customer focus: Ability to deliver exceptional service with a consultative and empathetic approach.
- Team player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as required.
