Responsibility
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Provide expert advice on electronics, home appliances, and current promotions to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Maintain floor cleanliness, product displays, and inventory organization according to company standards.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, technical specifications, and competitor trends.
- Support the team in achieving daily and monthly store sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor service issues efficiently.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent; candidates with higher education are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in retail sales, particularly in consumer electronics, is a significant advantage.
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin/Cantonese is a plus).
- A genuine passion for technology and a desire to learn about new gadgets.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Able to work on a rotating shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and well-groomed professional appearance.
