Responsibility
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the cashier station.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with their inquiries, purchases, and returns.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail environment.
- Manage inventory in the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and organizing stock.
- Conduct regular stock checks and report discrepancies to the management team.
- Prepare daily sales and inventory reports to ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Assist in setting up promotional displays and ensuring products are well-presented.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA), Diploma (D3), or Bachelor's Degree (S1).
- Prior experience in retail, cashiering, or warehouse operations is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory counts.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
