Responsibility
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on product selections.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive selling techniques.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment to enhance the shopping experience.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments efficiently.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and inventory to answer customer inquiries confidently.
- Assist in stock replenishment, merchandising, and inventory management as needed.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate concerns to management when necessary.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth store operations and a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; retail or customer service experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, in a retail setting.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash management.
- Proactive, energetic, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills is advantageous.
