Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on product features and benefits.
- Achieve individual and team monthly sales targets to contribute to store success.
- Maintain an inviting and organized store floor, including product displays and inventory management.
- Process customer transactions accurately using the POS system and handle payment procedures.
- Stay updated on the latest consumer electronics, specifications, and promotional campaigns.
- Proactively approach customers to identify their needs and offer relevant product recommendations.
- Assist with stock replenishment, warehouse inventory checks, and price tagging as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM or equivalent education level.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior experience in retail or electronics is a significant advantage.
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English and Malay (proficiency in Mandarin is a plus).
- A positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to learn about new technologies.
- Ability to work retail hours, including weekends, public holidays, and shifts.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
- Must be based in or willing to commute to Shah Alam, Selangor.
